About Empire Claim Services, Inc.
Gary Wright is the President and CEO of Empire Claim Services, Inc.,and has over 30 years of experience investigating accidents ranging in severity from simple slip and fall cases to catastrophic losses. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Pace University and began his career in the insurance industry in 1986 in the Legal Department of Consolidated Edison of New York, a large utility company servicing New York City and Westchester County.

 Mr. Wright investigated bodily injury and property damage claims involving gas, electric and steam accidents. In 1989 he joined Cigna Insurance Company as a Senior General Liability Adjuster. In 1991 he accepted the Claims Manager position with Adjusters Corporation of America, located in NYC. In 1996 he accepted a  Claims Manager position with Claims America, Inc., also located in NYC and was promoted to Vice President of Claims in 2002. In November 2004, Mr. Wright formed Hudson Valley Claim Services located in Ulster County, NY and in August 2012, relocated to Central Florida and renamed his company-Empire Claim Services Inc. 

Empire Claim Services, Inc., specializes in complex claims involving cranes, mobile equipment, scaffolding and other construction related accidents. Other areas of expertise include Interstate Trucking, Automobile Liability, General Liability, Product Liability and Hotel and Resort claims. 

We have the technical experience and expertise to conduct on-site liability investigations involving construction related injuries including fatalities as well as automobile, trucking, hotel resort and product liability claims.
